Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the molek44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated as part of this overall agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if necessary. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

User Eligibility

molek44 services are restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Not enrolled in a self-exclusion programme with any licensed gambling operator.
• Not registering on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.

Account Registration

Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account at molek44. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, identity card number, mobile phone number and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification purposes and is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Passwords must be kept secure and must not be disclosed to any other party, including family members. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.

Deposits and Payments

molek44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction regardless of the payment method used.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments which will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. Funds deposited into a molek44 account are for gambling purposes within the platform only and may not be transferred to other users.

molek44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit deemed unusual for the purposes of complying with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. This includes but is not limited to identity documents and proof of source of funds.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes — 2 hours after the request is approved. Available withdrawal methods are the same as the deposit methods listed above.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. molek44 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests involving large amounts.

• Withdrawals involving bonuses must first meet the wagering requirements before they can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within the stipulated period will be returned to the user's account.
• molek44 is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment service providers.

Bonuses and Promotions

molek44 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any funds related to the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM100 will be credited bringing the balance to RM200. You must complete RM1,000 in wagers (RM100 × 10) before the bonus can be converted to cash. For a deposit of RM1,800, a bonus of RM888 is awarded bringing the balance to RM2,688, with a wagering requirement of RM8,880 (RM888 × 10).

• The bonus may only be claimed once per registered user.
• molek44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related funds if the bonus terms are not followed.
• The molek44 VIP programme offers weekly cashback — Bronze tier (up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%).
• Other promotions announced from time to time have their own individual terms which must be read before participating.

Game Rules

All games offered on the molek44 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, sic bo and fishing games — are subject to their respective individual game rules available within the relevant game interface.

The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In the event a game is interrupted due to a technical fault or internet connection issue, molek44 will settle the bet according to its established internal recovery procedures.

molek44 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through exploitation of software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or any unauthorised means. The use of assistance software, automated calculations, or any automation tools to interact with the games is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

molek44 users are expected to interact with the platform and other users in a respectful and responsible manner. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at other users or molek44 staff.
• Colluding with other users to cheat in games or exploit the payment system.
• Making false claims, identity fraud, or concealing one's true identity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's operations by any technical means.
• Transferring or laundering money through gambling activities on the platform.

Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure.

molek44 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, illegal activity, or upon request from a competent authority. In such cases, funds linked to suspicious activity may be held until the investigation is concluded.

Limitation of Liability

molek44 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any written or implied warranties. The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

molek44 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred from gambling activities on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or government directives.
• Any actions or decisions made by users based on information obtained from the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of a user's account.

Amendment of Terms

molek44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. All amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent amendment. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The molek44 platform operates under an international licence and is subject to the laws of our registered jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through a negotiation process between the user and molek44.

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
